Oral Surgery – This encompasses various surgical procedures, from simple tooth extractions to more complicated ones, including wisdom tooth removals, extraction of retained tooth roots, apicoectomies, alveotomies, sinus floor elevation, bone ridge augmentation, and soft tissue surgery. All procedures are performed exclusively under local anesthesia and are completely painless.

Alveotomy is a surgical procedure for tooth extraction required when access to the tooth is hindered for anatomical reasons. The extraction of wisdom teeth is most commonly performed as an alveotomy, and this is a routine surgical procedure that is very common.

Apicoectomy is a surgical procedure to remove the tip of the tooth root and the surrounding tissue affected by a pathological lesion (e.g., inflammation or cyst formation) that cannot be treated with conventional endodontic methods. The visible portion of the tooth in the mouth remains untouched.

Sinus floor elevation is a procedure necessary in situations where the upper jaw lacks sufficient bone for implant placement due to a significantly lowered sinus. This method creates space (grafted bone) for the secure placement of an implant.

Hard and soft tissue augmentation are procedures in which we rebuild bone and/or gum tissue that has been lost over many years due to tooth loss. The goal is to achieve a solid bone ridge for implant placement and healthy gum tissue in cases of periodontitis.

All oral surgical procedures are conducted under anesthesia and are painless.
